These Subscription Terms apply to all subscription products sold by Milow Beauty through www.milowstore.com. By purchasing or enrolling in a subscription product, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.
1. Subscription Enrollment
Some products offered by Milow Beauty are available as part of a subscription program. Certain items may be offered with a free trial or introductory period that automatically converts into a paid subscription.
When a subscription product is added to your order and you complete checkout, you are enrolling in a subscription for that product. Unless canceled before the end of the trial or billing period, your subscription will automatically renew.
By completing your purchase, you authorize Milow Beauty and its payment processors to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees after the trial or introductory period ends.
2. Billing and Renewal
After the trial or introductory period, your subscription will renew automatically based on the recurring billing cycle associated with the product. Your payment method will be charged using the payment information you provided at checkout.
Billing occurs automatically at the start of each subscription period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. We do not send renewal reminders unless required by law.
3. Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. You can manage or cancel your subscription by logging into your account on www.milowstore.com and accessing the “Manage Subscription” section, or by contacting our support team at info@milowstore.com.
If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after a billing cycle has begun, charges already processed are not refundable.
4. Payment Authorization
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Milow Beauty to automatically charge your payment method for all subscription fees until you cancel. This authorization remains active unless and until you cancel your subscription in accordance with these terms.
You agree to keep your payment information up to date. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or request updated payment information.
5. Refunds and Chargebacks
Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without first contacting our support team, Milow Beauty reserves the right to suspend or terminate the associated subscription and account.
If you believe a billing error occurred, please contact us immediately at info@milowstore.com so we can investigate.
6. No Prorated Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in full for each billing period. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time if you cancel partway through a billing period.
7. Changes to Subscription Terms
Milow Beauty reserves the right to modify these Subscription Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on www.milowstore.com. Continued use of subscription products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to review your subscription details, billing schedule, and cancellation options. Failure to cancel before a renewal date will result in automatic billing.
